I have the non-wheeled version of this bag, and love it. When I saw the wheeled one advertised here, I was really looking forward to getting it.Unfortunately the bag I received looked nothing like this one. Apparently this one is no longer in production, and so they simply shipped a different bag instead.The substituted bag was inferior in my opinion - missing the (very handy) large end pockets as well as the shoulder strap. Some people may have found the substituted bag OK, but there simply should have been no such substitution without at least having the courtesy to ask the customer first.

First of all, B&R make lifetime quality luggage and I have 4-pieces. This wheeled cabin bag is 2" too wide in my opinion. I had shoulder surgery and cannot lift a heavy bag over my head for several months. I purchased this wheeled bag for 2-3 day travel duration. At it's current size with fixed directional wheels it will not roll easily down the row of an airplane. It should have either been made smaller in width or have 4-ball type rollers so one could easily roll it sideways down the narrow aisles of a commercial airplane. As is, it hangs up if not rolled VERY, VERY slowly. Great bag quality, needs the wheels tweaked.

Am able to use this even for multi day trips. I have had one for years in black. Purchased this one for my wife because of its versatility. Wish it had come in Blue although the Olive is nice for men or women. Sad that the line has changed and this item no longer available. I would buy this again for myself in a minute.
