My husband just got me the small 4 wheel carry-on bag (heart collection) and I used it on our last weekend get-away. It fit perfectly in the overhead compartment of the plane. I was able to comfortably fit all the clothes I needed for a weekend trip and still have enough room to bring back some new items. The bag rolls well and its comfortable to roll it behind me or have it roll next to me. Its a fun looking bag. I would only use the carry-on as I can't imagine checking this type of beautiful bag.And your bag will get noticed!I love it and had been wanting one for years.

PRODUCT gets 5 stars--but SERVICE gets 1 star...read on: This suitcase is THE BEST!! I've received so many compliments on it--and finding my luggage on the baggage carousel has become a snap! The case is lightweight--and holds a deceivingly huge volume of clothes & other travel items. It's a 'hard case'--but also has a great amount of 'give'. The ONLY down side was that the shipping was REALLY slow and the product did NOT arrive anywhere close to the promised arrival dates. I actually ordered it 3 full weeks in advance of a specific trip...and it did NOT arrive in time (so I ended up buying another suitcase "locally" for my trip--which was a HUGE disappointment.) The suitcase finally arrived a day AFTER I returned from my trip. I contacted the Customer Service Dept--and they apologized profusely. Given the price I paid for this little piece of luggage, it would have been a nice gesture if they had offered me a modest discount on a future purchase--ANYTHING to make up for the shipping hiccup. (If offered a discount, I certainly would have used it!!)

I love this suitcase. It stands out and no one will mistake for their luggage. It was perfect for a carry on and I was able to pack everything I needed for a 7 day vacation. (I am a champion packer.) It has straps that keep everything in place. I would recommend this luggage.
