I just received this bag and its very nice. Looks like it will hold a lot, and seems very sturdy. My only problem is the dimensions given are wrong so I don't know if it will fit underseat (on a plane) where I want it. The dimensions given do not take into account handles (like the hard handle/stand on the bottom) or wheels. The actual outside dimensions if you want to know where it will fit are 18" x 15-1/4" x 7-1/4"

I ordered this trolley bag to substitute my broken backpack because I always carry a lot of books. I usually love Delsey products for its quality. This product looks elegant and great. I like it, however, a few things I'd like to point out for other customers' reference:1. It has quite a lot of space, but no cushion or any secure protection if you're planing to put a laptop inside. I'd consider to put extra cushion around my laptop or carry a separate laptop bag instead.2. The width is 18 inches, but the zipper doesn't close when I put a 11x17 folder in unless I bend it. It fits up to 12x18 portfolio if you leave the zipper open.3. It is designed to be a carry-on luggage more than anything else. However, the top of the bag doesn't look as firm as in the picture. It's actually more like a rolling briefcase. The sides don't have separate room for a water bottle or an umbrella.4. It came with a small lock, however, the lock looks cheap and unreliable. I'll probably just leave it always unlocked in case the key stops working - which might any time from its rough looking.

Excellent piece of luggage, all as shown in the description. Service was prompt and a reasonable price. It fits my needs perfectly for something that can be carried on-board an airplane.
