The bag is cheaply designed.. the snapping compression straps don't hold, this happened out of the box! After one plane trip... the outside fabric tore and the white underneath is showing. Travelpro has fallen from travel grace in a BIG way. Profit (theirs) is the name of their game now... but they've lost a loyal customer forever.
