I had purchased a smaller version of this suitcase locally so I did know what it was before getting this one online. The white look is great and I got two comments from different travel personel, so that says something about how distinctive it is. Very easy to find in baggage claim, too. After one trip though, it has a lot of black smudging. I expected it so it doesn't bother me, but if you want something that will stay pristine, you do not want this high sheen type of coating.It is spacious with just one extra compartment along the back to zip in small things. The spinner wheels and handle are fantastic! It is the easiest thing to navigate around crowds in the airport and it's light as a feather to "pull" along side. The handle has several adjustments for different height people so that there is a comfortable setting for everyone.I would say this is not a long term piece of luggage though. The zipper feels like it is not made to last, but time will tell. It was priced very reasonably though, so if it gives me a dependable five or more years, I'm happy. We'll see.

I was underwhelmed by the quality of this bag. It did not feel sturdy at all. UPS beat up the box as usual. It arrived tore open and obviously re-taped and was missing any packing slip that may have been packed inside. For the price, I expected a much sturdier bag.
