I have the older plastic covers which fit and are made much better. The new one is made of inferior plastic, doesn't cover all of the luggage. Even the stiching is uneven. Save your money.....it's a disgrace that Hartman would sell this with their name on it.

We have an Old 22" Tweed and a 22" Intensity, so based on the description of what these covers fit and what they don't fit, we thought we were good to go. Not so fast. Ours were bought in 1996 and 1997, and back then the wheel base was narrower than it is today. The width of the bottom flap is about 9 - 5/16 inches; our wheels are 8 inches apart. So, the edges of the bottom flap (designed for today's wheelbase) overlap the wheels of our bags, preventing the wheels from turning; instead, the bag would just drag along with the plastic (actually the black binding) between the wheels and the ground. So, if we're going to use these covers, we'll need to trim the bottom flap edges to fit the distance between our wheels. Other than this major issue, the quality and design look pretty good.
