I love it! I had some issues with the shipping but the carry-on is fantastic! Yes, it is a bit small, but that is to be expected since it is a 20" piece of luggage. However, I managed to pack 8 days of winter clothes, boots, tennis shoes, a coat and my laptop. So if the owner knows how to pack wisely and how to fold (or roll) items neatly they could get quite a bit of items in there. I bought it for a 15 day international trip (I did not want to check in any luggage) and used my backpack for toiletries, medicine, books, flat iron, and other items. I was able to take my new Samsonite Winfield on most of the flights (except one but only because the flight was full and due to the weight they had to move some pieces down) and it fit like a glove! Sure it got a little beat up from all the bus, train and air travel but other than a few bumps and bruises it's absolutely perfect!
