This bag is not expandable no way. Says so in the name of product and product discription I called Ricardo they said misprint. I said ya for months He said tough contact your retailerUpdate: they changed the add is now correct I like the bag, the larger bags in this collection do expand

I recently used this luggage for a weekend getaway. At first I thought it won't carry that much and was thinking to instead use the 20 inch. But I needed one right away and this 17 inch happened to arrive first. Anyway, this did not disappoint! I was able to pack 3 pairs of pants, 2 light sweaters, 2 shirts, a pair of pajamas, a pair of shoes, a hair dryer, several pieces of underwear and socks, toiletries and my kindle and the cord, which fit perfectly in the outside pocket. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars was because it seemed to scratch easily. I travelled by car nad there were already a few scratches on the plastic side. I am thinking of ordering the same style 28 inch bag and am a little worried now of using it for international travel. I hope it won't get so scratched up when checked in.
