This product was everything the seller and the reviewers said. One must see it to appreciate everything it has. The 360-degree wheels are perfect for the streets of Italy, with their cobblestones and bricks. No more dragging a suitcase that has flipped. The handle is not too long like others, that make the user struggle to roll it. It has many neat, zippered compartments to keep everything in hand's reach. Now to remember where I put what!

While the bag will be nice as a weekend bag for CAR trips, it turned out to be too big and too heavy to be a carry-on for flights. The wheels stick out quite a bit from the bottom, making it taller than the other carry-on we had (although not more spacious) and it is pretty heavy when empty, so if you put even a few things into it, it will be too heavy if the airline decides to weigh it. We got lucky flying over to Europe, as they didn't size or weigh it, but on the cheap airline FlyBe (terrible experience, by the way--I would rather walk than fly with them again!), it had to be checked because it was too big (costing us *A LOT* of money) and then flying back on a legitimate airline it had to be checked because it was too heavy. And if you put anything in the front pockets, it tends to fall over, even with the four wheels. The pockets are also very small, so you can't put papers or anything like that in them. It would be really convenient to have been able to put our travel papers in there to have them handy, but no. Too small.I would recommend going with the Rockland Melbourne 20in Carry-on instead (that's the other one we registered for). It fit even in the restrictive FlyBe measuring box, it is very light when empty, and it has a hard case, so it's durable. It's also has 360 movement. Very nice.
