Law school in our nation's capital. Metro and miles of walking. Laptop, 7 pound books (see http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1599412500/ref=oh_details_o09_s00_i00) ... this is a lifesaver. It's good to my shoulders and my back. It fits everything I need for class and life. I absolutely love it... this bag won my appreciation and deserves this recommendation. I like the overall look of the luggage, but I used it for the first time on a business trip Saturday, September 29th, and it didn't roll properly. It appears that one of the wheels is not rolling as it should. Also, since it does not have the 360 spinner feature (which would be nice), the handle wasn't long enough to pull the luggage at the angle needed for it to roll properly on the two back wheels...and I'm only 5'4" tall. And like I said...it didn't make my travel any better that the back wheel was sticking causing trouble for me while pulling it through the airport. I was very excited about getting the luggage, so yes, I'm a bit disappointed and this piece wasn't cheap. I would buy other Heys product (not this item), but I will be very hesitate doing it online...since I can't try it before I buy it. :(
