I just got mine in the mail today and I love it! It fits my 13" laptop perfectly laying flat at the bottom with plenty of room left for my charger, Kindle and other things. Side pockets are a wonderful addition for things such as Passport, licenses, phone etc. Material is great quality and I know this will last!!

I just got it delivered in the mail today, which is great because I ordered it only a few days ago. I'm very excited about this bag. The material is good, sturdy and its a great dark chocolate brown color. I plan to travel with this bag and its perfect. It has a side pocket for my phone and passport. It has an insert with a velcro tab on the back so that you can put it in top of your rolling luggage and attach it to the handle of the luggage which is EXACTLY what I was planning to do with this bag. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I hoped it would be just a bit bigger. It fits my laptop perfectly by itself, its a 13" screen, but with a sleeve on it I have to shove it in there and that's not convenient when I want to take it in and out on the plane. The upside to the size is that it'll most likely fit underneath the seat on the plane just in case there's no overhead space.
