The bag is the size that I needed. I was just disappointed by the damage to the outside zipper and am not optimistic about the longevity of this product.

It is not as lite as I would have liked it to be. It is well constructed and well made. It has many pockets inside and is great for a short vacation. The wheels make it easy to get from one place to another. I borrowed a friend's 18" carry on made by American Tourister and that was the perfect size. This 21" is a little bigger than I would like it to be. But the sale price was right!!!!
