My mom purchased this same carry-on from shopping on TV. I was the first to use it. On my return flight home, I was forced to check in this bag and one wheel broke off when I retrieved it from the luggage carousel. Needless to say, my mom was broken hearted. Even though their luggage was put together 'cheaply', I will buy this for my mom and we all now know - this must only be a CARRY ON. Be forewarned - do not check in this bag.

I already had the large version and bought this to go along with it. I great piece of luggage. I had taken the larger piece to Europe and it really got smacked around and climbed many, many steps, etc. Stunning, yet sturdy. I get compliments at the airports.

I had the same model before but in black. Had to replace it when the airline trashed and broke a wheel completely off.
