LOVE this luggage. My very tiny 5 year old independently wheeled this through 3 airports with ease and no problems at all!

Heys Hardsided LuggageDon't buy Heys Luggage. I have two pieces of the polycarbonate and I tried to get warranty repair One with a faulty zipper and one which the spinner wheel broke. I have been calling for (literally) 2 months and left (again literally) well over a dozen messages. I get no calls back.I've called the number on their warranty tag: 305-629-9720 and also 954-843-9800 their repair center. Have also tried 877-276-4397.Once spoke to someone who said they no longer do Heys warranty work and she gave me these other numbers.So not only does their luggage fail, but you can't even get them to call back.
