I bought this lightweight, eye-catching case right before a period of extreme travel for me. I made probably a dozen trips over the two years I owned it. The spinning wheels were easy to maneuver and the lightness of the case made it easy to come in under the weight restrictions for all my flights. However, at some point the soft metal braces that attach the rubber top handle to the case began to distort and crack, and soon my hand was cut by a jagged metal edge when I went to grab the case. Not good. I wrote to Heys letting them know the problem, but I had little expectation of compensation, since I'd lost the receipt and had moved to another country. They offered to send me a replacement part. A few months later, to my surprise I received not a part but an entirely new case. It has the same problematic metal pieces as the old one, so I'm going to be more careful about lifting from the top handle when the case is very heavy. But I'm very impressed with the customer service and warranty and have already bought more luggage from Heys.
