I should have realized that this bag did not unzip fully, as I now see that illustrated in the picture. However, I ended up returning it because it does not have a lot of compartmentalization or separate pockets to separate different items in.

This has been a good prduct for my laptop and various other items I use daily for work. Even though the size is good, I'm afraid it will not hold up very long. The handle that pulls up does not stop at different heights which would be helpful when picking it up to put in the car, but the strap handles work ok. If this were to just be used for clothing I think it would be great, but not so much heavier things like files and laptops.
