Very satisfied. Smart looks and also both large enough to be useful as a carryon suitcase and at the same time small enough to be used as a Cabin Bag ( holds my computer or my winter coat along with a change of clothes ) and large enough to pack clothes for me for two or three day trips. I have rigged it to sit sideways on top of my large Briggs Wheeled Upright (on the long side instead of the wheeled bottom) with the side handle facing up so that now, it works just like an "@ Work" Briggs wheeled computer bag or cabin bag, only it holds much more - perfect ! The lifetime warranty is a blessing too!Caution - picture on Amazon site is not a true representation up to Dec 2012 - you will need to visit the Briggs & Riley website for the true picture (www.briggs-riley.com)
